Green Chili con Carne with Chocolate

March 23, 2011

Every month on Facebook What Sha Cooking is a theme. I am a bit late posting.

In December the theme was “Square”. Nancy Josland Dalsin made a reach out and grab “Pina Colada Squares”. This entry is great for parties, dinner, and get together. Her entry literally had me foaming at the mouth. Nancy make many great recipes and entries. She is very talented and always up for the challenge!

January theme was “Something New”. For the members to make something new to them that they always wanted to make or something that no one have ever made before. This is a meal bake with apple and white wine. Schnitzel is pork chop but a leaner flatten meat.

February theme was “Showing Love”

March theme is “Rich in Taste”. The winner of the month is Jana Steinhagen with “Green Chili con Carne with Chocolate”. Congrats Jana! Jana made a sensational dipping sauce and meal combining in one. Great for dinner, snack, and parties.

These are the winners of the monthly theme. There are other talented people within the group that post recipes and enter into the monthly theme drawings. I appreciate and thank every single member who participate whether with a comment, playing the monthly theme games, and posting recipe.

It does doesn’t it. The young lady used different type of Chili she found when she took a trip to Mexico. She mentioned she was inspired.
